So I have mentioned in past posts that we will be building this year out in the suburbs of the Greater Melbourne area. And after a long battle regarding finance we are finally sorted and building can commence.
Meet my youngest son, Archer hanging out in whats soon to be our front garden, well as soon as there is a house there anyway.
We are building a fairly smallish 3 bedroom 21sq house but considering our block is only 476m2 I think the house will be plenty big in comparison to the lot it will be sitting on.
So we are very excited around here waiting for that first patch of soil to be turned, oh who am I kidding we are very excited around here waiting for the full house to be built. I already have this house pretty much decorated before I have even set eyes on it. Will be interesting to see what changes as the house comes together.
